He has license as a LCP AR/BC, also a Doctorate in Psychotherapy. (Ph.D). He also is the National & International Director for UACCCI, which he Trains & Oversees Counselors around the world.
His Practice deals with Individuals, who has Substance Addictions, & Behavioral Issues,
Dr. Howard Mc.Farland, Offers Life Recovery Sessions, which are very affordable.
